Where are you based and from where do you ship?
We are based in Slovenia (EU) and every AcriCase LEGO display case is designed and made in Europe. We ship directly from our EU workshop with tracked delivery.
How long does production and delivery usually take within Europe?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Europe delivery is usually 5–14 business days, depending on your country.
Will I pay customs/import fees inside the EU?
No. Orders shipped within Europe do not incur customs/import fees. (Prices for EU customers include standard EU tax rules.)
Is the acrylic UV-protected to prevent LEGO from yellowing?
Yes. Our UV-protected LEGO Display cases help shield your sets from sunlight so colours stay vibrant and the set remains pristine!
Do the display cases include the LEGO set, or is it sold separately?
The LEGO® set is sold separately. All photos and videos show the set for scale and compatibility — this product is the acrylic LEGO display case only.
Can I choose different background designs?
Yes—you can even send your own design. Email info@acricase.com with your set number and brief and we'll do the rest!
Do you provide custom nameplates with LEGO set information?
Yes—custom engraved nameplates are available. Write to info@acricase.com with the set number and your preferred text.
Is it possible to order a custom-sized LEGO display case?
Absolutely. We make custom-sized acrylic display cases— contact us at info@acricase.com with your dimensions and we'll prepare a custom quote.
What happens if my case arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged, email customersupport@acricase.com right away with photos. We’ll arrange a fast replacement.
