All AcriCase products are custom-made to order in Europe and shipped via GLS to all 27 EU member states.
Production Time
Standard production time is 2–5 business days. Production begins within 48 hours of your order. During peak periods (holidays, new LEGO® launches, or high demand), production may take up to 14 business days in exceptional cases. If your order requires extended production time, we will notify you by email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Total delivery time = production time + transit time. Below are estimated GLS transit times after dispatch:
Slovenia: 1–3 business days Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Italy: 2–5 business days Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Czechia: 3–7 business days Spain, Portugal, Poland, Denmark, Sweden: 5–10 business days Finland, Ireland, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania: 7–12 business days Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta: 8–15 business days
During holiday seasons or carrier disruptions, delivery may take longer. We recommend allowing up to 15 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Free Shipping
Slovenia: Free shipping on orders over €70. All other EU countries: Free shipping on orders over €150.
No Customs Fees
AcriCase is made in Europe and ships from within the EU. All EU orders are delivered with zero customs duties, zero import taxes, and zero surprise fees.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a GLS tracking number, sent to your email when your package is dispatched. Track your order at https://gls-group.com/GROUP/en/parcel-tracking.
Packaging
Acrylic panels are individually wrapped in protective film and cushioned with bubble wrap. Screws, LEGO® studs, and hardware are packed separately. Assembly instructions are included.
Delivery Delays
During peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, major LEGO® launches), delivery times may be longer than usual, with an additional 5–14 business days beyond standard estimates. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.
Risk During Transit
The risk of damage or loss during shipping rests with us until the goods are physically delivered to you. If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, contact us at info@acricase.com.

We ship to all 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or other non-EU countries.
